Booking Policy

Welcome to our holistic services booking page! We're delighted to offer a range of transformative experiences, including in-person Reiki sessions, intuitive card readings, distance Reiki, and astrology & birth chart readings. To ensure a seamless experience for all our clients, please take a moment to review our booking policy below. If you have any questions or need further clarification, don't hesitate to reach out.  Please Read Carefully

    1.    Reservation and Payment: Clients are required to pay half of the total cost of the selected REIKI or REIKI BUNDLE service as a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure their reservation. The remaining balance is to be paid after the in-person Reiki session.

(REIKI BUNDLE SERVICE is a service with an additional service booked, e.g., 1hr Reiki + Card Reading.)

    2.    Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients can cancel or reschedule their booking for any service up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time to receive a full credit toward future services. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

    3.    In-Person Reiki Sessions: In-person Reiki sessions require clients to pay half of the total cost as a deposit upfront at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due after the session is completed.

    4.    Intuitive Card Reading, Distance Reiki, Astrology & Birth Chart Readings: These services require clients to pay the service in full at the time of booking. The same cancellation and rescheduling policies apply as outlined above.

    5.    No Show or Late Cancellation: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit their deposit and will not be eligible for a refund or credit unless they choose to reschedule within the specified time frame.

    6.    Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We are committed to your satisfaction and will offer a full refund or a complimentary session, based on your preference. This guarantee does not apply to no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.

    7.    Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis, such as in the event of extenuating circumstances.

    8.    Contact Information: Clients are responsible for ensuring that the contact information provided at the time of booking is accurate and up to date. Any changes to contact information should be communicated promptly to avoid any misunderstandings or missed communications.
