Here you will find extras and any links and resources I mention on Soulwave. This podcast has transformed my being and it is where I share my stories, experiences, my life, for the world to hear in hopes they get inspired, find healing, rewrite their own painful narratives of the past. My mission is to show that by healing ourselves through meditation, proper nourishment, physical exercise, faith, and all other goodies that the spiritual journey (oracle cards, crystals, spirit, and the divine, etc.)  has to offer us, we can heal each other.
